As always, we enjoyed the show in the Cabaret Lounge (Four Tenors Christmas Show). Mom wanted to make coffee in her room, but decided against it when the coffee pot didn't look so clean. The drain in our bathroom sink went from a slow trickle to completely plugged, but hotel staff was responsive when we let them know about it. but were surprised the next morning to find we did have neighbors who were either really quiet or the walls were well insulated. We were sure we must be on the floor all by ourselves since we didn't hear doors banging, loud TVs, or talking in the hallway. The staff was very accommodating in giving us rooms on the same floor and across from each other as they had promised when I made the reservation. We had 2 rooms one for ourselves and one for my mother across the hall. We paid the higher rate and got a room in the new addition of the hotel, although we always found the original hotel to be very nice.
We actually stopped going there because their room rates were not competitive with other casino resorts, but decided to give it a try again when they offered a special rate of $59-$69/night.
We've stayed and played at Seven Feathers several times over the years, but hadn't been back since the new part of the hotel had been opened.
